蔡午萍，女，讲师，国际商务师，对外汉语老师，2004年本科毕业于赣南师范学院英语教育专业，2010年中山大学翻译硕士毕业。曾在欧美企业实习，与多国外籍人士一起工作和交流，深知文化差异对语言学习和理解的重大影响。毕业后长期从事语言教学工作，积累了丰富的教学经验。
“语言的目的是交际。”通过任务教学法和交际教学法，最大限度地利用每一个对学生有利的机会，训练学生，引导学生。在交际过程中，积累大量交际词汇，纠正有限语音或语调错误，重复生词频率。“实用为主，够用为度”的指导原则，以学生最大的需求为目标，教授常用语句和语言知识。同时，在教学过程中，注意培养学生自我深入学习语言的能力，满足将来工作或生活的需要。

Wo shi Cai wuping, a lecturer, International Business Operator in Nanbo Foriegn Teacher Center. I graduated from Zhongshan University with a Master’s degree in Translation. I has been working in Teaching language since graduation, in which accumulate rich experience.
I think the final purpose of language is communication, so I try to maximize students’ potential in practice and guide student to accumulate abundant communicating vocabulary through the based and communicative approach. I’m a easy going and good at communicating.
I could devote my Chinese knowledge to clients, and share the joy of progress with them. I hope that more and more foreign friends could speak fluent and practical Mandarin, and enjoy their lives in China.
