方春花，女，吉林人，现攻读中国科学院心理研究所硕士课程。精通韩语、日语，一直从事韩语、日语、汉语三语教学以及翻译工作，学员中以中、韩学员为多。
在教学过程中，方老师会根据学生的需求和特点设计教学方案，讲究效率，认真负责完成地教学工作，她除注重学员的发音标准训练外，还会为学员讲解两国文化的对比差异，让学员在习得一口流利汉语语的同时感受并了解中国的风土人情。其在汉语口语日常用语及等级考试辅导教学上有丰富的教学经验，能让学员真正能够学以致用。方老师性格乐观向上，乐于助人，喜欢与学员交流，广受学员爱戴。
Fang Chunhua,A experienced teacher who with Master degree specializes in Korean, Japanese as well as Chinese and works on related teaching and translation field. About her teaching Mandarin, she not only focus on pronunciation training, but also be skilled in contrastive-learning on related linguistic culture .
